About: Instructor Matthew Rosefsky
Matt shares,
In the 1901 book "Our National Parks" are many wonderful words,
including: "Climb the mountains and get their
good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop off like autumn leaves." I feel that any
immersion of self into nature can have countless benefits for individuals, and
for our world. Special thanks to all of you who casually take family and
friends, voluntarily take groups, or professionally take clients on wilderness
and foreign culture explorations. The more we do this, the better the
health of our participants, and the greater the harmony on our planet.
